There are two steps in finding
a reliable outsource partner. The first step is to do research
and identify a list of companies that provide the type of
outsourcing service you need.
The second step is to decide
which of those companies is the most reliable and the
best fit for your software needs. Here are some questions
that you can ask the consulting companies to help you in
your decision process:
- What makes your company the best fit for us to hire?
- What methods are you going to use to communicate with
me and keep me informed?
- How are you planning to stay on track throughout the
project life cycle?
- Why do you think you will be able to handle this project?
Show me some projects you have done.
- Can you provide me with materials about your background
and methods? If it is on your website, what is your website
address?
- Do you have any references I can call?
- When will you be able to start working on the project?
When will you complete it?
- How much do you charge?
- What results should I expect?
- What kind of support do you provide? and for how long
after the completion of the project?
