The Customer
Chrysalis Development designed the
TerraPlayer™, a high-end MP3 player that plugs into any stereo component
to deliver high-quality digital music served off a PC.
The Problem
Chrysalis was nearing product completion. They had a number of highly skilled embedded software
people in-house, and their music delivery device was working well. However, it needed to be
more tightly integrated with the controlling PC windows application. In addition, they were
struggling with security issues like firewall configuration and protocols.
The SSI Solution
The SSI team had the experience with networking devices and protocols and were able to step in and get the issues resolved very quickly.
